Our Travel Health Clinic at North Mitcham Clinic services the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne for all your Travel Health needs. We service Doncaster, Donvale, Ringwood, Balwyn, Blackburn, Surrey Hils, Mont Albert, Templestowe, Box Hill, Burwood, Nunawading, Forest Hill, Mitcham, Wantirna.
Occasionally, your local doctor will have done some of your vaccinations - we are happy to do others like the Yellow Fever vaccine. Please list of the ones you have had, including the routine ones you have had in Australia, like Tetanus, on the information form (link below). Email or fax it back and speak with Andrea, our nurse, about your travel plans. The optimal time to visit us is 6 weeks before your trip for healthy people and routine travel plans.
